What should I do if the payment has failed?

In the rare case that payment gets debited from your account but the order is not confirmed, we suggest you wait for 24 hours for confirmation. If it takes longer, please drop us a message here and we will get back to you.

What amount will I be refunded if I used a coupon code while placing my order, but have to cancel?

For any cancelled order, the refund amount will be equal to the amount paid by you i.e. excluding the savings through coupon code(s).

If I placed my order via gift voucher, how will I be refunded for a cancelled order?

If the payment was made via gift voucher, the voucher will get reactivated within 24 hours.
